"Maison DuBois"

Suzette DuBois entertains a very special client in her salon.

~

The two women are unaware of the vaguely familiar woman peering in through the glass window from outside the salon.

The well-dressed woman outside the salon is none other than Tyler Wentworth ~
wearing her sunglasses as not to be noticed, she watches as Ms. DuBois sketches a
Paris original for her client.

As she peruses the lovely items in the salon, her little poodle "TomTom" begins to bark
"Shh, not now TomTom, I'm working!" And as she looks into the Salon again,
she realizes that the client is none other than Shauna!
Ooh - she thinks to herself, it's not bad enough that Suzette stole the MetroDolls account right from under her this year, but now she has Shauna, too! It was more than Ms. Wentworth could bear.....

At that moment a young model came out of the dressing room wearing one of Suzette's originals -
Ms. Wentworth casually walked away so as not to get noticed.

The beautiful ivory chairs remain empty while Shauna follows Suzette
into the dressing room for her first fitting.

As she walks past she stops for a moment to admire the beautiful baubles in the case.

"Maison DuBois" is a project supported by the members of MetroDolls.
It will come complete as shown (and some items you cannot see).
The "Room With A View" was donated by Clea Bella.
All other items in the room were either made by club members,
or donated by club members.

The set includes: Suzette in a black catsuit showing...
Shauna her ensemble for her "Parisian Premiere" (not shown - that will be the companion doll for the MetroCouture event), a fashion model showing an OOAK design by Suzette's assistant, Michael Giunta, and... who's that spying in the window? Tyler of course!

Also included is the magnetic room with wallpaper (great for redecorating!), trim, Oriental carpet, gilt and cream furniture (including a wall mirror, desk/showcase, and 2 hand finished chairs), a plexiglass picture window with platform, magnetic wall art, a variety of clothing for 16" fashion dolls, and an array of jewelry and accessories by Facets, Odetta, Joe Tai, Emberwilde and others.

We've had a lot of fun putting this together and the lucky winner will have a lot of fun playing with it, dressing their dolls and re-decorating it over and over again!

We will be adding more items to the shop before the event... this is just a preview!
